Parking Fee?

Well for about the past three years this vehicle in the center of the picture has been sitting at the Englebert Complex off Solon Ave. in Dunedin.  This early spring training home of the Toronto Blue Jays and it’s minor leagues is also home of the Gulf Coast League Blue Jays.  Now as you look at the area behind the car you will see field five at the complex and also a number of vacant parking spaces.  This may not seem like much but on Wednesday August 2nd a fan was forced to park his car at the City of Dunedin’s Louis A. Vanech Complex, walk a bit of distance just to watch a GCL Phillies vs Blue Jays game.  One would wonder if this Englebert Complex is either a long term parking lot, recycle area or just maybe where someone can leave a car and walk away.  I wonder how much of a parking fee is due?
