Moving Forward: Cecil throws Pen

  Dunedin, Fla. – Yesterday Brett Cecil threw his first bullpen session and it looks very promising Cecil will be ready for opening day.  A couple more bullpen sessions this week and maybe game action on Saturday versus the Philadelphia Phillies in Clearwater.  

Cecil to Throw

Back in Spring-ness

The Toronto Blue Jays open their 38th spring training, all in Dunedin, Florida, today as pitchers and catchers hold their first workouts. The players will bus to the team's minor league Mattick Complex for workouts then return to the Florida Auto Exchange Stadium where they are headquartered. The position players report for physicals on the 26th with the first full team workout scheduled for the 27th. The opening game against the Pittsburgh Pirates is March 3, 2015 in Dunedin.
