BLUE JAYS 2011 TICKET PRICES REMAIN THE SAME

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS will not increase ticket prices for the 2011 season. 

            “We believe that we have made progress in 2010 and look forward to improving on this foundation in 2011,” stated Toronto Blue Jays President and CEO, Paul Beeston.  “Our ticket prices in 2011 will remain the same as 2010 and we will continue to direct our efforts to improving the team and farm system with the goal of bringing a championship to Toronto.”

            “We have taken many steps forward this year, especially in Player Development and Scouting which is the back bone of our organization,” added Senior Vice President and General Manager, Alex Anthopoulos. “We will be relentless in fulfilling our commitment to Toronto – bringing the World Series Championship back to Canada!”

            “We have had great response from our season ticket holders this season about the direction the club is headed and we are encouraged by the brisk response from fans that have placed deposits for 2011 season tickets,” noted Vice President Ticket Sales and Service, Jason Diplock.
