BLUE JAYS NOTES: RHP Scott Richmond (right shoulder) has resumed a throwing program but will probably start the season on the DL. …Octavio Dotel  was scheduled to throw a light bullpen session on Thursday to test his tender hamstring. …The Blue Jays game against the Yankees on Friday is already a sellout.  Standing room only tickets might be available Friday morning.
