Dry Dock at Grant?

Anyone driving on the north-side of Grant Field in Dunedin might have noticed this boat on a trailer parked next to the half field.  Gee fans it has been there about two springs and we are wondering if it will ever see the gulf again.

With a boat at Grant Field how about long term parking at the Englebert Complex.  The two sports facilities leased by the Toronto Blue Jays but owned by the taxpayers of the City of Dunedin liberties appear to taken by the renter.  This car is now starting its third spring training so maybe someone some where has a long term lease eh?
