Dunedin, Fla. — Mayor Julie Ward Bujalski addresses the crowd gathered at Dunedin Stadium for the ground breaking of the new improvements to the Toronto Blue Jays spring training sites.  The cost of the improvements will cost the taxpayers and team $81-million and will extend their stay in Dunedin for another 25-years.  The improvements will be to the stadium and the Cecil P.
