“I got some good at bats was the main thing,” said Hill of his first spring game, “They didn’t want me getting to crazy out of the box right now.  Our goal is for the first of the season, so it was good to see some live pitching.”
Hill along with Rajah Davis both played in an inter squad Double-A, Triple-A game with Hill going 1-4 and Davis 0-4 while working on his bunting in a game situation.

As to when he will again see live action Hill said, “I will probably see as much live pitching as possible just to keep me in shape.  Everything else is great as far as the baseball activity goes, there is no timetable as to game wise for the A-games.”
The Blue Jays face the Phillies in a B-game Thursday morning, one Hill would like to play in.
“I have to go talk to everybody (training staff) and see what they say but I would love to.”
