Howard House: Is this thing done Yet?

By on June 26, 2014

BELLEAIRE BEACH, FLA.–Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard’s new home on the beach seems to be making slow but sure progress toward completion.  Shown here today from Gulfview Blvd.  the $25-million home appears to have all but the landscaping to be done on the inland side.

Looking from the gulf side, Howard's future residence is making progress as the outside appears to be near competition, unfortunately there is no way to check on the progress inside, especially the bowling alley. It's rumored that the part of the structure on the south (right) side is to be used by Howard's in laws. (Eddie Michels/Photo)

Howard does have neighbors on the gulf side who have just recently moved in. The pink tape along with a yellow and black warning notice telling Mr. Howard that there is a sea turtle nest in front of his new house but on the beach. There are actually three of the nests along the property. (Eddie Michels/Photo)
