Adam Lind was place  on the paternity list yesterday by the Toronto Blue Jays.  The move made room to recall right-handed pitcher Brad Lincoln from Buffalo of the International League (AAA).
Being on the paternity list a player must miss the first game , which Lind did last night, and miss no more then three total games.
Lincoln has appeared in five games for Buffalo this season posting a 1-0 record with a 4.50 ERA.  Last season the 6 foot, 223 lb. native of Lake Jackson, Texas split the season between Pittsburgh and Toronto going 5-2 in 52 games, including five starts with an ERA of 3.68.
Adam Lind has appeared in 17 games this season, batting .244 with two RBI and a .396 on-base percentage.
