Nick Williams Break Tie En Route to 8-5 Win

Phillies starter on Sunday Clay Buchholz had a tough time Sunday over his three innings allowing four runs on just three hits while walking one and striking out two but allowing two home runs.

Detroit Tigers first base coach and former Toronto Blue Jay Omar Vizquel is ready for the WBC.  Vizquel will be the manager of the Venezuelan team saying, “We’re going to be really good.”  When he retired he was just three hits shy of tying Frankie Frisch for third place on the all time major league hits list for switch hitters.
