DUNEDIN, Fla.–LHP Brian Tallet threw a perfect inning getting three ground ball outs pitching a rehab assignment for Class-A Dunedin against Clearwater.
Tallet, whom the Blue Jays acquired from the Cardinals on July 27 in a three way trade has been on the 15-day DL suffering from damage to his chest cartilage caused by a sneeze.
“I feel fine, it went good,” said Tallet of his 11-pitch, seven strike outing, “three ground balls.”
Tallet will now throw another inning on Sunday when Dunedin is in Daytona.
