This official whose name is said to be Mike was officiating a game in the Florida Palms Hockey Tournament at the Clearwater Ice Arena with both of his hands in his pockets.  It was learned that the temperature outside the rink was 80-degrees and just over 70-degrees inside the rink so why the hands in his pockets?  That temperature span in the Adirondacks is considered summer.  Well he was also seen leaning on the boards with his right hand and according to players in the game constantly out of position.  According to one player this referee was more than 10-feet out of position during the game and got tangled up in a play which dislocated his left shoulder.  Well it’s Florida so I guess USA Hockey rules don’t exist.
