Defense is Key in Storm Win over SoulTampa, FLA. – Hobbled by a leg injury at the end of the third period, quarterback Randy Hippeard stepped up to connect with three fourth-quarter touchdowns, the last a 28-yard toss to T.T. Toliver with 56 seconds remaining as Tampa Bay pulled off a stunning, 56-49, win over the Philadelphia Soul Saturday on the Amalie Motor Oil Field in the Tampa Bay Times forum.

The Storm (6-6) defense was the difference as it stopped the Soul (6-6) on four 4th-down possessions.
