Rain Outs are for the Birds

The 2015 GCL Finals between the Blue Jays and Red Sox were rained out on Tuesday at the Mattick Complex.  The teams with play game two and if needed game three on Wednesday in Ft. Myers.  The Red Sox lead the best of three series 1-0.    

Toronto’s $3.9 Million Kid

Dunedin, Fla. — Vladimir Guerrero Jr. takes batting practice for the first time on Monday at the Blue Jays Mattick Complex.  Son of former major leaguer Vladimir Sr. and nephew of former major leaguer Wilton Guerrero. Guerrrero Jr. , at 16-years old signed a $3.9 million contract.
