Travis Homers

Devon Travis homered on Thursday against the Yankees extended squad at the Mattick Complex.  Hitting a 1-1 pitch if it were not for the extended safety netting in left the ball would have landed in the players parking lot.  There is still no word on when Travis will start a rehab assignment.

  RHP Bo Schultz made his second extended start on Monday going one inning allowing one run on one hit while striking out two on 18-pitches.  “It’s going in the right direction,” said Schultz and as to when he will pitch next he said “2-3 days.”
