The Former Major-Leaguers were out on the 4th

The Phillies Zach Eflin (below)went four innings on Tuesday July 4th in a Rookie Level GCL game against the Braves.  Eflin allowed one run on three hits while striking out three.  The Phillies beat the Braves 5-4.
