Back Pitching Inch by Inch

  DUNEDIN, FLA.–Phillies prospect and Edmonton, Alb. resident Steven Inch tossed a shutout inning on Saturday April 19, 2014 during an instructional league game.  Inch who has suffered with elbow problems this spring is expected to be back within a week pitching in minor league games according to a team source. (Eddie Michels /Photo)
