Pittsburgh, Pa. (RSEN) — “Resonate!”  Dominic Moore does it again; a no look pass, NBA style to Sean Bergenheim for a lay-up at 5:41 of the second period.  1-0 Bolts.  For that would be all the black and blue clad Bolts would need as the Lightning defeat the Pittsburgh Penguins to advance to the Eastern Conference semi-final versus the rival Washington Capitals.

The Lightning picked up right where they left off in game 6… hard work to the final whistle.  Killing off a Pittsburgh power play in the warning moments with Pens goalie  Marc-Andre Fleury pulled for the extra skater as well.  The final minutes had the whole Tampa Bay area hanging to the edge of their seats. But Dwayne Roloson stood tall and the all important icing nullified by the power play the Bolts PK’ers kept clearing the zone, clearing the zone.

The horn sounded, it was true, the Tampa Bay Lightning became just the 24th team in NHL history to comeback down 3 games to 1 in a seven gamer.

Hard work in front of Fleury and work on the penalty kill would be the tone the Bolts carried into the Console Energy Center (fitting name for the Pens fans) in the steel city.

Yes,  Things have Turned Around at 401 Channelside Drive and Steve Yzerman’s signature is written all over: Dominic Moore, Nate Thompson,Sean Bergenheim, and list goes on.

Coach Guy Boucher has taken a group of young men with talent, heart and determination and built a true team.  A winner.  Do you believe now?  Here at RSEN we believe.   Let’s win the cup!

This is Rick Sassone, I’ll see you at the Eastern Conference Semi-Final!
