No “Storey” Book, Mickey Shuffles to Buffalo

The Blue Jays have optioned right-handed pitcher Mickey Storey to Buffalo of the International League the Jays AAA affiliate.

Storey was recalled to the Blue Jays on June 1 but did not appear in either of the last two games.  This season, the 6-1, 185 lb. right-handed pitcher has appeared in two games for Toronto posting a 7.36 earned run average.  In 13 appearances with Buffalo in 2013 he is 0-1 with a 3.80 ERA.
