Tampa, Fla.– Rookies Baseball and Softball Academy teamed up with Rocket Sports & Entertainment Network (RSEN)  for the 2015 MLB baseball season to bring you Kris Dunn’s “Dugout View.”  The “Dugout View” audio clips will be featured on the Rocket Sports & Entertainment Network Show and web site throughout the season.  The audio will give a run down of various topics in MLB with a view that only Kris Dunn can convey.  The Rocket Sports & Entertainment Network shows are aired on Tampa Bay 1010am and the Tan Talk Radio Network.

Kris Dunn joined RSEN in the fall of 2014 and assists in writing, producing and co-hosting.   Kris will also serve as host sitting in for Rick Sassone.   Kris will be covering the spring training this season and the American League East in the regular season.

Rookies Baseball and Softball Academy with professional instruction is located at 5850 W. Cypress Street in Tampa.  Rookies offers professional instruction in hitting for baseball and softball.   There are private lessons, hitting and pitching boot camps, video training, hittrax machine, core and strength training and more.

Kevin Dattola, President of Rookies and former MLB baseball player said, “I am excited about this.  This year we are expanding our summer camp experience and the high school all-star game.  Working with Rocket Sports & Entertainment gives us an added boost.”

Tampa’s new summer camp experience is a full on summer camp for kids that includes but goes beyond baseball and softball.   The high school all-star game is the second annual powered by Rookies Baseball & Softball Academy that features the best high school baseball players in Hillsborough County.  The year’s game will be at Berkeley Prep in May, with exact date TBD.    the game is designed to gain exposure to good baseball players at the high school level, especially underclassmen that are not in the traditional senior only all-stars games.

Rocket Sports & Entertainment Network’s Rick Sassone said, “This three way partnership is perfect as we head into the 2015 baseball season.  With Hillsborough County being so deep in baseball tradition, and home of Tampa Bay Rays combined with the talents of Kevin Dattola and Kris Dunn, this was an easy decision.” Rick then joked, “I wish I was young enough to attend the new summer camp experience…maybe I’ll sneak in.”
