From Cuba to the O’s

In the top of the eight yesterday, in the 4-4 tie with the Pirates Orioles second baseman Cesar Prieto struck out swinging in his first major league at bat ever.  Prieto escaped Cuba where he played on the national team and arrived in the US on May 26, 2021.
