Quebec City native Michael Boulianne, second from left conducts the meeting Thursday at home plate between the GCL rivals Blue Jays and Yankees at the Jays Mattick Complex in Dunedin.  On Boulianne’s right is Jays manager Cesar Martin on his left if former Blue Jays catcher now Yankees manager Julio Mosquera then his partner Tom Hanahan.
