Big Brothers and Big Sisters get Iced Benefit

OLDSMAR, FLA.–The referee drops the bisket, aka puck to start the second period Saturday morning between the Gerihaluks in Red and the squad in white from Merrill Lynch.  The match at the Tampa Bay Skating Academy is benefiting the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tampa Bay and ran through Sunday with the championships taking place Sunday afternoon.

The home ice TBSA team the Broken Arrows won the upper division 4-2 with the Florida Leafs out of Brandon winning the lower division.  

The big winner, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tampa Bay hockey for a great cause.
