HELP!

During the holiday season in 2009 the Dunedin Children’s Christmas Fund brightened the holiday season for 469 children. Now we are literally broke and the prospect of being able to bring a ray of sunshine to those less fortunate children is dimming. In fact the fund spent $1.692 for every dollar it actually raised during 2009. Now you and your friends, neighbors and fellow employees can help out these children.

On Saturday November 6, 2010 you can enter the 17th annual Veterans Day Golf Tournament held at the Dunedin Country Club. The 8:30 am shotgun start tourney cost just $75.00 a person and includes a free lunch afterwards at Norton’s on Main Sreet (RT.580) in Dunedin.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall, women’s flight, and couples/family flight. Also closest to pin and longest drive for both men and women.

You can pay for your team’s entry with a corporate check and get a free hole sponsorship.

If you can’t play; hole sponsorships are available at $25.00 each or five for $100.00.

So team up; and join the likes of the Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, Melita Coffee and Dan the Laundry Man in bringing a joyous holiday season to those of our fellow man who are less fortunate.
