Interview with Michael Del Pizzo of Sunflower Dead

Vocalist Michael Del Pizzo sits down to talk tour life with Rocket Sports and Entertainment’s WIll Ogburn.

The California native and his band are in the midst the HELL Pop Tour with Shaman’s Harvest, HellYeah, and In This Moment that rolled through Orlando on Thursday night.

We talked about his band’s unique story as a “super group” with each member formerly a leader of another band, as well as tour life, and the future of rock in America.

Sunflower Dead has a bit of a throwback sound thanks to their ties with Korn producer Dave Fortman. Their elaborate makeup and unique stage presence make them a show worth checking out.
