CLEARWATER, FLA–RHP Todd Redmond is working his was back as a starter pitching in an extended spring game against the Phillies today. Selected off waivers by Toronto from Baltimore on March 22, 2013 Redmond has appeared in one game a start for Cincinnati in 2012 where he ha posted an 0-1 record with a 10.80 ERA.
