Saunders Long Balls Phils 9-6

Above, Michael Saunders’ three run homer in the first put the Toronto Blue Jays up to stay over the Philadelphia Phillies 4-0 en route to a 9-6 Grapefruit League win on Saturday in Dunedin.  Saunders also added a two run homer in the third and a single in the fifth going 3-3 on the day with five RBI and two runs scored.  Troy Tulowitzki got the Jays on the board leading off the first with a solo  homer off Phillies starter and loser Aaron Nola.  Drew Hutchinson got the win for the Jays allowing one run on one hit during his two innings on the mound.  The Blue Jays travel half way across the state on Sunday to play the Astros in Kissimmee, game time start is scheduled for 1:05 PM.
