Toronto Blue Jays knuckle baller RA Dickey went five innings on Thursday against the Detroit Tigers in an 6-4 win.  Dickey allowed four runs on eight hits while walking one and striking out five increasing his spring training era to 5.02.  Anthony Leon (1-0) got the win for the Jays with two shutout innings allowing just one hit while striking out one.  Bobby Parnell (0-1) took the lost for the Tigers getting touched for two runs on one hit while walking two.  Justin Smoak had a solo homer off Tigers starter Matt Boyd in the second, his fourth of the spring while Kevin Pillar had two RBI for the Jays.  The Jays make the five mile road trip Friday night for a game against the Phillies, a 6:35 first pitch is scheduled.
