BLUE JAYS AGREE TO TERMS WITH RHP SHAWN CAMP

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have agreed to terms with RHP SHAWN CAMP on a
US $2.25 million contract for the 2011 season.

CAMP, 35, appeared in 70 games in 2010 for Toronto and posted a 4-3
record with two saves and a 2.99 ERA. The 6-0, 205 lb. right-handed pitcher
led the team and was tied for 10th in the AL in games pitched in 2010.
CAMP, who is entering his eighth season in the majors in 2011, has a career
record of 19-23 with nine saves and a 4.44 ERA while pitching for Tampa Bay
(2004-2007) and Toronto (2008- current).

BLUE JAYS AGREE TO TERMS WITH JANSSEN & LITSCH

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have agreed to terms on contracts for the 2011
season with RHP CASEY JANSSEN (US $1,095,000) and RHP JESSE LITSCH (US
$830,000).

JANSSEN, 29, made 56 appearances in relief for Toronto last season
posting a 5-2 record with a 3.67 earned run average. The 6-3, 225 lb.
right-hander has a career record of 15-19 with seven saves and a 4.12 ERA in
166 games, 22 starts.

LITSCH, 25, started nine games for the Blue Jays in 2010 posting a
1-5 record with a 5.79 ERA prior to undergoing season ending hip surgery to
repair a labral tear. The 6-1, 215 lb. right-hander has a career record of
21-24 with an earned run average of 4.10 in 60 games, 59 starts.

BLUE JAYS SIGN RAUCH

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have signed RHP JON RAUCH to a one year deal worth US $3.5 million, with a club option of US $3.75 million for 2012.
RAUCH, 32, posted a 3-1 record with a career high 21 saves and a 3.12 ERA in 2010 for the Minnesota Twins. The 6-11, 290lb. right-hander has spent eight seasons in the Major Leagues with the Chicago White Sox (2002-04), Montreal (2004), Washington (2005-08), Arizona (2008-09) and Minnesota (2009-10) after being drafted in the 3rd round of the 1999 June draft by the White Sox. The Louisville, Kentucky native has recorded a 34-27 mark, with 41 saves, and a 3.71 ERA in 415 career games, including 11 starts.
