Bucs get some Love = Lovie Smith

Now that the Bucs have hired Lovie Smith as their head coach for 2014, who will be the GM? Another organizational move that makes you go,huh??? Hiring a head coach before a GM? If as if I have said it 100 times , this organization continues to REACT and not PROACT.

I like Lovie, but is this bassackwards, cart before the horse, chickens before eggs, (add your own cliches) ???
