The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to terms on 2014 contracts and avoided salary arbitration with pitcher Brett Cecil and outfielder Colby Rasmus.
The Jays avoid arbitration by signing Brett Cecil for $1.3 million. In 2013 Cecil appeared in 60 games posting a 2.82 ERA with a 5-1 record. (Eddie Michels Photo)
