Fastball’s a Gair

CLEARWATER, FLA.–Pitching for Florida Southern State College on Tuesday against St. Petersburg College at Jack Russell Stadium in Clearwater RHP Marty Gair (3-1) drew upwards of 10-scouts to his winning effort.  According to the scouts present Gair’s from Concord, Northa Carolina, his fastball topped out at 94 MPH and his breaking ball was a steady 78 MPH during his team’s 12-5 win.  St. Pete College is still struggling this season with just a 2-14 record and are on a five-game losing streak.
