Well how about the media who served in the military?  After eight months in Korea and 19 months in Vietnam this photo was taken on May 15, 1969 in Long Bien, Vietnam and 10-days later I was discharged in Oakland, Ca.  Yes it is me and I understand I am about the last one still covering MLB/MILB who was at least a door gunner-That’s Spec. 5, E-5
