Hitting Advice did not Work for Jays
By Eddie Michels on March 25, 2017Tampa, Fla. — The Jays dropped a 6-5 Grapefruit League decision on Saturday to the New York Yankees at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa. Joe Biagini took the loss allowing two runs, both unearned on two hits and struck out one over 2/3 of an inning. The Blue Jays made four errors in the game, including two in the bottom of the ninth.
Jackson’s advice didn’t appear to work Saturday as Jose Bautista went 0-2 with a walk, while Josh Donaldson and Troy Tulowitzki were both 0-3.
