BELLAIRE BEACH, FLA.–Philadelphia Phillies 1B Ryan Howard’s beach front home appears to be moving along as not only is the number of workmen’s cars increasing but windows are now being installed. The 20-million home is between mile markers 18 1/2 and 19 just south of Clearwater Beach.

At a salary of $20 million this year, the Bellaire Beach house is a drop in the bucket for Howard and apparently so is his foot. Batting only .256 with only 7 homers the Phils find themselves in third place in the NL East 8 games behind Atlanta.
