Howard House Update

BELLEAIR BEACH, FLA. –More workmen’s cars are appearing on the front side of Ryan Howard’s new home. On one side of the second story are six air conditioning units of at least 10-ton capacity making Duke Energy, the local power supplier, happy. It’s understood that there are more units on the north side of the home that are out of view.

(Below) Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard’s new $25-million house on Belleaire Shores is progressing from outside to in. With the roof on and outside walls painted work appears to be focused inside. Landscaping will probably be done last as will the filling of the moat.
