Happ (left) and RHP Dustin McGowan (right) arrive by van for the closed workout at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium on Sunday March 30, 2014. McGowan was scheduled to stretch out his pitch count to approximately 90-pitches during the game between Class-A Dunedin and Triple-A Buffalo. McGowan is scheduled to start the home opener on April 4 against the Yankees, Sunday he pitched in front on minor leaguers and team staff, scouts and members of the media were not allowed to attend.

BLUE JAYS PLACE JANSSEN ON DISABLED LIST
The Toronto Blue Jays have placed righty Casey Janssen on the 15-day disabled list with left abdominal/lower back strain (back dated to March 29) and have recalled Catcher Eric Kratz from Buffalo of the International League (AAA).
