No Bones about it, KK is one of the Best

Clearwater, Fla. — Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill was a hot spot tonight as Tampa Bay Rays centerfielder Kevin Kiermaier took on the new two plus pound rib-eye for charity. Kiermaier attempted to finish off the beast with all the trimmings for the charity of his choice, Friends of Joshua House Foundation.
I think the beast would be no challenge, but once I saw the two side salads, the two side broccoli and the donuts… I even would have backed off. “I’m not a great eater with a ton food, I’m a smaller guy with not a huge stomach,” Kiermaier said. If there was concern of the Tampa Bay Rays with spring training just weeks away, Kevin just assured, “I’m going do my part, eat what I can, I’m not going overboard with this… I have a better chance with baseball.”
Kiermaier, who I think is one of the hardest working players in MLB today is looking forward to a great year with the Rays. He just works to get better every year. Certainly after attending tonight’s event I am now even looking more forward to this season.
I was a big fan of the Corey Dickerson trade, so I had to bounce it off Kevin for his thoughts. “He’s a guy you always see on hi-lights and he can hit…I’m so excited for this season.”
