Rays Homer Four Times & Archer Aces

Dunedin, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Rays got round trippers from Evan Longoria, James Loney, Curt Casali and Richie Shaffer.  The word on the street opening day starter, Chris Archer,  pitched four shutout innings yielding only one hit, walking three and striking out three.   Archer looks to be the starter on Monday April 6th at Tropicana Field vs. the Baltimore Orioles.    Alex Cobb was the original planned starter but it was announced by the Rays today that Cobb will miss opening day due to tendinitis in the right forearm.
