DUNEDIN, FLA.–Sporting his winter growth of beard Toronto Blue Jays LHP Daniel Norris throws on flat ground from about 50-60 feet on Friday December 19, 2014. Under the watchful eyes of the Blue Jays training and rehab staff at the team’s Mattick Complex Norris said afterwards, “I feel great.” According to a Blue Jays press release Norris had arthroscopic surgery preformed by Dr. David Altchek on October 7, 2014 to remove bone spurs and loose bodies in his left elbow. Norris is expected to be ready for spring training 2015.
