Right hander Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez (shoulder) made his first appearance in a baseball game this season for the Phillies GCL team.  Gonzalez started and went two innings allowing three hits while walking one and striking out one.  The native of Cuba was signed by the Phillies on August 30, 2013 and made his major league debut on September 3, 2014.  Gonzalez is 0-1 with a 6.75 era over six games in 2014.

Australian Dean Aldridge tossed three shutout innings for the GCL Tigers in their 6-2 win over the Phillies. Aldridge allowed two hits and struck out five for the first place Tigers. (EDDIE MICHELS PHOTO)
