Clearwater, Fla.–Members of the MLB Alumni Association spent time on Tuesday at Jack Russell Stadium teaching the basics of the game to a number of young players from the area.

The MLB instructors included Phil Mankowski, Dave LaPoint, Midre Cummings, Lance Carter, Mike Devereaux, Grant Belfour, Seth McClung and Brian Tolberg.

The kids did everything from fielding to throwing to pitching to hitting and base running under the direction of the members of the MLB Alumni Association. (EDDIE MICHELS PHOTO)
