Canadian Connection St. Pete Titans

RHP Matt Brown, a former Ontario Terrier threw a scoreless inning for the St. Petersburg College Titans against the Sunshine State Elite Aces on Friday afternoon at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, Florida.  Brown went an inning allowing just one hit while walking one and striking out one with a 90 MPH fastball and an 80 MPH curve.  Brown is part of a three player Canadian connection on the Titans.  Also on the squad are brothers Logan and Marcus Sanders whose father is former Toronto Blue Jay Anthony Sanders, who is now the Baltimore Orioles first base coach.
