CLEARWATER, FLA.–The New York Yankees are always looking for help and they are doing so in Dominican Cesar Cabral.  Originally signed by the Red Sox in 2006 Cabral didn’t play in 2012 because of elbow problems.  Against the Phillies extended spring squad Cabral allowed one hit while striking out one over one inning.
