CLEARWATER, FA.–Right-hander Kevin Walter is making his way back with the Phillies organization after surgery that saw him miss all of the 2011 minor league season.  Posting a 1-0 record with a 4.85 era over parts of two seasons with the Gulf Coast league Phillies Walter appeared to have regained his stuff during an extended spring game against the Yankees squad today.
