DUNEDIN, Fl.(RSEN) –Phillies second baseman Chase Utley homers to right center during an extended spring game against the Blue Jays Saturday morning. “I tried to fool him with a change up on 2-2,” said Blue Jays LHP John Anderson of the Utley homer, “Then threw a 3-2 fastball away and he hit it.” Showing no signs of any knee problems, Utley batted seven times during the game going 5-7 with two homers, driving in two and scoring three times. Utley also beat out and infield hit and struck out once. Utley also played every other inning erroneously at second over seven innings. (Photo by EDDIE MICHELS)
