DUNEDIN, Fl.(RSEN)–This photo is proof positive that fans should always keep their attention focused on the field of play during a baseball game.  This broken bat, courtesy of Phillies minor leaguer Brian Bocock (right wrist), was imbedded in the back stop fence at the Blue Jays minor league complex on Friday during an extended spring game.  Seeing the broken barrel one can only imagine the harm it might do to a non-attentive fan watching a game.  The bat stayed in the fence for a half inning before it could be broken free.
