The New York Mets  trade 38 year old, 2012 Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey to the Toronto Blue Jays.  Toronto sends 23-year-old catcher Travis d’Arnaud, along with 20-year-old Noah Syndergaard a right handed pitcher and catcher John Buck (including cash to cover an undisclosed amount of his salary) who was acquired earlier this year in a trade with Miami.

Syndergaard was a first round pick in the 2010 amateur draft was featured in a “Names to watch” article on Rocket Sports & Entertainment on July 23, 2010.
