Langford gives Lawrie Update with Joke

DUNEDIN, Fl.–Facing a rehab trainer on Monday infielder Brett Lawrie (left hand) took real live BP on Tuesday at the Blue Jays minor league complex. Lawrie faced Rick Langford on field two Tuesday morning with no problems. “He hit me hard just like they all did,” said Langford of Lawrie’s prowess in the cage and his pitching career.
