Pass Go, collect $200, Advance to Free Parking

This vehicle has been parked at the same spot for about seven-plus months at the Toronto Blue Jays Player Development Complex off Garrison Rd. in Dunedin, Florida.  The Ontario plate number is AD 11291 and appears to be that of a team player.  Up until about three months ago two more vehicles had been next to this pickup but have since been taken away.  Is this Blue Jays site being used for storage like the players parking lot at TD Ballpark which is presently storing a boat on a trailer?
